Irma is a dedicated and compassionate childcare and education professional with over 28 years of experience working with children and families. She has extensive experience supporting children in classroom and childcare settings, including Pre-K and Kindergarten students and children with special and individualized learning needs.

Throughout her career, Irma has provided hands-on care, classroom support, individualized assistance, and age-appropriate activities that promote children’s academic, social, emotional, and developmental growth. She is committed to creating safe, nurturing, and supportive environments where every child feels cared for, valued, and encouraged to learn.

Irma is fluent in English and Spanish and has basic knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL). Her patience, compassion, and dedication to children make her a trusted and caring professional.
